Dr. Justin W. Roberts, D.O.

​

Dr. Roberts was born and raised in Farmington and he is honored to be able to take care of the people in the area in which he grew up. He lives in the Farmington area with his wife Kelly (Rigdon) of 28 years. 

​

Dr. Roberts graduated from Farmington High School in 1995. He then graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University in 1998. He started medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine the following year and then graduated in 2003. From then he went on to complete a general surgery internship at Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO followed by a residency in Otolaryngology – Facial Plastic Surgery. He completed the residency program in June of 2008 and started a private practice, Farmington Ear, Nose and Throat, LLC, in July of 2008.

His hobbies include spending time with his family and friends, golf, hunting, fishing and floating the many beautiful rivers of Missouri, cooking (and eating), St. Louis Cardinals and Blues teams, gardening and being outdoors.

​

Dr. Roberts is on staff at the Surgery Center of Farmington, Parkland Health Center, Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital, Iron County Medical Center, Mercy Hospital Jefferson and Mercy Hospital Perry County.

Glen A. Mohan, RN, FNP-BC

Glen Mohan is a Board Certified, Family Nurse Practitioner. He began his career in health care in respiratory therapy, then as a nurse aid while attending nursing school. He graduated from Mineral Area College with his Associates Degree in Nursing in 1996. Later he graduated from Webster University with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2001. He then completed his Master of Science in Nursing in 2005 from Southeast Missouri State University. He graduated with academic distinction in Graduate School and was inducted in The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Glen brings 11 years of Family Practice experience as a FNP prior to starting at Farmington ENT & Allergy in 2016.

Glen was raised on a farm in Fredericktown Missouri and completed high school at Farmington High School in 1993. Glen continues to live on a farm today raising cattle south of Farmington. He lives with his wife Paula and their two children Grace and Sawyer. He is active in his church. His hobbies include spending time with family and friends, hunting, camping and working on his farm.

Glen has been extensively trained by Dr. Roberts in the field of Otolaryngology. He is very happy to be a part of the team of professionals at Farmington ENT and Allergy.

Heather Cheaney APRN, FNP-BC

​

Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri. She received her Master of Science in Nursing (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner)  from Southeast Missouri State University. She is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Prior to joining Sound Health, Heather was a registered nurse for 17 years working in Women’s Health, Labor & Delivery, Dialysis, and on a medical step-down unit. Most recently she served as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a rural health clinic for 8 years in her hometown of Fredericktown. Heather enjoys helping others and assisting her patients to feel their best.

When Heather isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and close friends. She enjoys watching her son’s high school football and basketball games. She is actively involved in her church and also enjoys mission work, traveling, and being outdoors with her boys.
